Beyond the news that the FBI and other law enforcement agencies have been giving the soft treatment to right wing members while teargassing and killing those with other points of view, there is another
perhaps more widespread picture emerging. Progressives, people of color, LBGQT and others are
sometimes threatened, harassed, emotionally tormented and attacked by right wing zealots while law
enforcement looks the other way, sometimes for 10+ years. These victims suffer as their inalienable rights are denied. Some go crazy, others commit suicide, most probably lead shortened lives from the
stress.
We a fledgling organization (Want to help us grow? Keep reading!) bringing light and righting
wrongdoing from the FBI and other federal enforcement agencies (DEA, BIA, DOJ, HHS, etc.)
especially in the form of ignoring their responsibilities when they have been informed of a dangerous
situation. Some typical areas which violate federal law include:
Some physical violence, intimidation, cyber bullying, white collar crime, organized crime, civil rights
violations against people of color, LBGQT, religions, others. Also graft and corruption by local and
national elected officials. If in doubt, go to local law enforcement first, then federal, then us.
Consulting an attorney is often helpful too.
If you have been a victim of a situation which violates a federal law, you have options including
requesting help from local law enforcement and if the situation is serious enough, or of certain types,
asking the FBI to intervene. If help is unreasonably denied at the federal level and you have been
injured or suffered losses as a result you may formally file stating your intent to sue for damages. This
is initiated by submitting Standard Form 25 (SF 25) which is available online with instructions. Filing
SF 25 is required before suing the federal government. Please note that low level local and state
offenses are generally handled by local and state law enforcement which while important, are not what
we are involved with.
We are interested if you have experiences of the federal type please write us at EyeOnTheFBI.org.
Include any materials to backup your experience. ATTACHMENTS MUST BE PDF OR JPG.
Conversion tools from .doc to pdf format are available. If you have filed a SF 25 please include a copy.
Your situation must be solidly discriminatory against a minority group, stated succinctly and clearly
described. Write only once. It may be a while before we can get back to you, but we care and ask that
you be patient. When enough cases with wrongdoing are received we will be filing a class action
lawsuit.
